Terms and Conditions for Car Detailing Services
By booking an appointment with SIGNATURE DETAILING, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Liability Disclaimer
- We take great care in detailing your vehicle; however, [Your Company Name] is not liable for any pre-existing damages or for any damages that may occur during the detailing process, including but not limited to, scratches, dents, paint issues, or any other incidental damages. Clients are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before and after services.
- We are also not responsible for any damage that occurs to the vehicle due to unforeseen issues such as faulty equipment or previously hidden defects in the vehicle’s exterior or interior surfaces.
2. Personal Items
- All personal items, valuables, and loose objects should be removed from the vehicle prior to your appointment. Signature Detailing will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle during the detailing process.
3. Vehicle Condition
- Please ensure that the vehicle is accessible and free of any obstacles. We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is in excessively poor condition, contains hazardous materials, or presents safety concerns.
- For deep cleaning services upholstery or carpet cleaning, we recommend removing any pet hair or excessive dirt to ensure the best possible outcome. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle requires extensive cleaning.
4. Appointment Confirmation & Cancellations
- By booking an appointment, you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions. This includes the right to charge for services rendered and any additional charges for extra time, work, or materials required.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
5. Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept [list of payment methods accepted, Cash Only .Any outstanding balances will be subject to additional charges or fees.
- A deposit may be required for certain services or high-demand booking times. You will be notified at the time of booking.
6. Timing & Delays
- While we strive to complete all services in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee exact completion times due to factors such as vehicle condition, type of service requested, or unforeseen delays. We will, however, keep you informed of any significant delays.
7. Service Limitations
- While we offer a range of services, some vehicles may not be suitable for certain types of detailing (all vehicles are allowed) with non-standard finishes, extreme dirt conditions, or significant interior damage). We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsuitable for the requested service.
- Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, and level of wear and tear. We will do our best to provide the highest quality service, but in some cases, results may not be as expected.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 48 hours after the service. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue. However, no refunds will be provided after the service has been completed.
9. Changes to Terms
- Signature Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
10. Indemnification
- By booking with us, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signature Detailing, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to damage to the vehicle or any claims from third parties.
By proceeding with your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
